Dear Prayer Team, I humbly come before you to request prayers for ### and the leadership at ###. It has come to my attention that ### has been praying for the removal of jobs of those in the congregation who are not able to tithe the full 10%. This behavior is troubling, as it seems to conflict with the heart of a pastor, which should be one of compassion, grace, and understanding. Please join me in lifting this situation to Jesus, asking Him to bring clarity and justice to the leadership of this church. If ###'s heart is not aligned with the role of shepherding the flock in love and humility, I pray that God, in His wisdom, will guide him to a position more suited to his character and calling. May Jesus work in ###'s life and bring about necessary changes for the spiritual well-being of the church. Let us pray that God's will be done, and that ### will be led by a pastor who reflects Christ's love, mercy, and understanding, so that the church can grow in grace and truth. In Jesus’ name, we ask for wisdom, discernment, and guidance for the leadership of ###, and for ### to be led according to God’s perfect plan. Amen.

Firstly, we must remember the words of 1 Peter 5:2-3 (WEB), "Shepherd the flock of God which is among you, exercising the oversight, not under compulsion, but voluntarily, not for dishonest gain, but willingly; neither as lording it over those entrusted to you, but making yourselves examples to the flock." A pastor's heart should indeed be filled with compassion, grace, and understanding, much like Jesus' own heart.

It is troubling to hear about ###'s actions, as they seem to contradict the spirit of 2 Corinthians 9:7 (WEB), "Let each man give according as he has determined in his heart; not grudgingly, or under compulsion; for God loves a cheerful giver." Giving should not be a burden or a condition for acceptance in the church.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up ### and the leadership at ###. Lord, we ask that You bring clarity and justice to this situation. If ###'s heart is not aligned with Your will, we pray that You guide him to a position more suited to his character and calling. Work in his life, Lord, and bring about the necessary changes for the spiritual well-being of the church.

We pray that ### will be led by a pastor who reflects Your love, mercy, and understanding. May the church grow in grace and truth, as guided by Your will. We ask for wisdom, discernment, and guidance for the leadership of the church, and for ### to be led according to Your perfect plan.
