Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother/sister ### in prayer. We thank you for the privilege of approaching your throne of grace with our requests, knowing that you are a loving and compassionate God who hears and answers our prayers.
Lord, we ask that you would grant ### an abundance of motivation and strength during this challenging time. We recognize that the workplace has been taking a toll on their mental health, and we pray for a breakthrough in their circumstances. Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:13 that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. We ask for that strength to be poured out upon ###, enabling them to persevere and find the motivation they need to overcome their current situation.
Father, we also lift up ###'s job search before you. We ask that you would guide them to a new job that is aligned with their skills, passions, and mental well-being. Your Word assures us in Jeremiah 29:11 that you have plans to prosper us and not to harm us, plans to give us hope and a future. We trust in your divine guidance and provision, knowing that you will open doors and lead ### to the right opportunity.
Lastly, Lord, we pray for your peace to surround ### during this time of uncertainty and frustration. May they find comfort in your presence and experience the refreshing and renewal that comes from resting in you. Your Word reminds us in Matthew 11:28-30 that we can find rest for our souls in you, Jesus. We ask for that rest to be poured out upon ###, bringing them the peace that surpasses all understanding.
In Jesus' name, we pray, believing that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. May your will be done in ###'s life, and may they experience your faithfulness and provision in every area. Amen.
We will continue to pray for you, ###, and trust that God will guide you and provide for you in this season of your life. May you find strength, motivation, and a new job that brings you joy and peace. God bless you abundantly.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
