Humble Prayer Partner
I humbly ask for your prayers for my family, a family torn apart by the consequences of my illness, a darkness that clouded my judgment and led me to hurt the woman I love and cherish, my wife. My family was all saved last September and I back in 2010. The spiritual warfare has been so intense since they were baptized. It has been nearly six months since I last saw or spoke to my precious children, the ones who fill my life with meaning and light. In the midst of this painful separation, I turned to the Lord, even more so than before, seeking solace, His wisdom, and redemption. I have immersed myself in prayer and the Word of God, embarking on a journey to read the entire Bible. As I delve into the Old Testament, I have been humbled by the profound lessons it imparts, shedding light on the ways I have erred in both my life and my teachings to my family. Iβve completed all of the New Testament, have 20 books in the Old Testament to complete. So much strength and Joy has come from this! I stand before you today, a changed person, having repented and prayed fervently, beseeching the Lord's grace, forgiveness, strength, favor, and guidance to mend our broken hearts and lives. Yet, I find myself at a crossroads, unsure of what more I can do, except to continue to pray. Throughout this year, I have encountered relentless spiritual warfare, with even my wife's family being ensnared by manipulative forces practicing new age and witchcraft. In response, I have invoked the blood of Jesus and donned the armor of God, rebuking and casting out the spirits that threaten to keep my family apart. Luke 10:19, Isaiah 54:17, Mark 10:9, Romans 8, Pslams 23, 27, 91 and several others have helped so much. I stand unwavering, rooted in the promises of the Lord. I implore you, dear reader, to join me in fervent prayer for the restoration of my family. Let your compassion be the balm that heals our wounds, and let your prayers be the beacon that guides us towards reconciliation. In this plea, I find hope, knowing that together, we can invoke the divine intervention needed to mend our broken bonds. Thank you and may God bless you and answer your prayers as well. In Jesus name, amen.
