I hear from non believers about Dec. 25 wasn't really the birthday of Jesus, He was born on this time of year or that. But it's not knowing His right birthday that's important, it"s the purpose He was sent for.I think that's just one more excuse they use to not accept, and one more thing the devil feeds them to convince them not to believe. How petty can they get?{They also say the pertraits of Him don't really look like Him. But that's not what matters.Our salvation doesn't depend on if we have an accurate portrait of Him, or know His birthday.I think they're just skirting the issue to validate their reasons to not get saved.

I've heard that from a lot of people too, that Jesus wasn't even born in December. You are right though, not 'knowing' His right birth date is not what's important. The fact that He was born to die for our sins is important. I believe we should treat every single day as if were His birthday. We should celebrate the birth of our Savior everyday. About the portraits, it's true, we don't really know what Jesus looked like and the fact is it doesn't matter one bit. What He looked like is of no importance whatsoever. It is who He is and what He did and what He is still doing for us. Jesus does not judge us by what we look like, He doesn't care. He only cares about what is in our hearts, and we should feel the same way towards Him.

Our Father in Heaven, Holy are You Father, Holy is Your precious name. Thank You for allowing us to come into Your presence with our requests. You know Father, the situation this child is going through; we ask You take Your child's worries and troubles into Your hands and answer their prayers according to Your will. We ask You give Your child everything they need today and forgive this child of their wrongs as they forgive those who have wronged them. Deliver this child from all temptation and evil. We thank You Father, for Your love, mercy, and forgiveness. Bless this child; give them comfort, peace, joy, and fill their heart with Your love. We ask and thank You in Jesus' name, Amen.
