I have worked in the Ministry and Healthcare for 16 years, after 2 years I discovered I had Hashimotos disease a Thyroid Condition – I thought I was dying but Good Doctors and Gods help I was diagnosed and continued to work and support my family, I also began having severe pain in areas of my body that turned out to be unspecified Arthritis, I had 3 sets of epidurials,2 years of Chiropractors, and 3 Session of Physical Therapy and one surgery to remove some tumors in my back that was messing with my nerves. I had a lot of prayer and hands on healing. God kept me moving and I continued to work but had to move to another part of the ministry that required less standing, I was in a auto accident two years ago that revealed many strange Arthritic, Calcified Tissue, I had ripped and torn 18 joints, ligaments, muscles and more This past April I found I had some teeth with shattered roots that gave my dentist a fit but he got it worked out. I began to have pain in all joints, back ,neck ,hips every part of my body in pain. I had a great Family Dr that has treated me since 2006 he would give me shots every season change about every 3 months to kill the inflammation. this year it didn’t work as I ended up in the ER a few times at multiple facilities. My Dermatologist removed a place off my ear that did not heal since the wreck, it came back a cartilage was gone and replaced by bone.
I then scheduled apt, with Osteo Specialist who had mentioned this at the time of my wreck as he found calcified tissue growing where muscle and tendons had torn. It is very painful. I have had a dozen shots of non-steroidal, pain medicine, B12 and I went from 4 to 24 medications since April 3rd 2016, I submitted my info to my Supervisor that I don’t think ever made it to my HR dept. I asked my DR for FMLA as I had been exhausted for months and needed time to get a diagnosis but he was concerned about my career so I continued to work. I failed to mention I have been on a walking cane for over 2 months.
I wrapped all joints and now I have seen multiple specialists and have 2 scheduled within the next month. I came to work last Friday to work but my company sent me home and said I was under investigation “Due Diligence” I waited the entire Memorial day weekend for the decision they would have concerning my job .. now they seen me on a Cane and I had about 1 and ½ good days a week., I have missed a lot of time but they also scheduled days of for me to take? I had never heard of in a Hospital but I needed the rest. I went in this morning to see what they were going to do but they sent me home pending a due diligence investigation? I never been wrote up always had good appraisals and always took care and went in after hours when there were urgent issues. They sent me home telling me they would call after they complete the investigation. Some strange stuff about words being said and being on the clock but not at work which I have forgotten to clock out after a long day but its quickly corrected. I need everyone’s prayers to Get me through this as I have a sick wife, a daughter and a Grandson to care for. I am the only one working. I know God will take care of this as he has got me through many rough times… I feel betrayed and very hurt. I do not understand why or how this even occurred.. I have seen many sick employees disappear over the years but always had reasons like disability or an illness where they could not perform. I know with Gods Help I can continue until retirement and I love my job and the people. I am reall Shocked and never been in a situation like this.. need much prayer from all prayer warriors out there

May God bring you health and well-being. Also, I suggest that you seek legal protection immediately - you need a labor attorney. Your job may be up to no good; possibly trying to dismiss you to avoid disability or further insurance claims. Be blessed.
