Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s prayer requests. Lord, You know the desires and needs of ###'s heart. We ask that You grant these requests according to Your perfect will and timing.
First, we pray for [insert first request here]. Lord, we trust in Your provision and guidance. Your Word says in Philippians 4:6, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." We present this request to You, believing in Your power to intervene.
Second, we lift up [insert second request here]. Father, we know that nothing is too difficult for You. As it is written in Jeremiah 32:27, "I am the Lord, the God of all mankind. Is anything too hard for me?" We place this need in Your hands, trusting in Your wisdom and love.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
