Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s prayer requests to Your throne of grace. Lord, You know the desires and needs of ###'s heart even before they are spoken. We ask that You hear these requests and respond according to Your perfect will.
First, we pray for [insert first request]. Lord, we trust in Your power and Your love to bring about the best outcome. Your Word says in Philippians 4:6, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." We present this request to You with a heart full of faith and gratitude.
Second, we lift up [insert second request]. Father, we know that nothing is too difficult for You. As it says in Jeremiah 32:27, "I am the Lord, the God of all mankind. Is anything too hard for me?" We believe in Your mighty power to intervene and bring resolution to this situation.
Lord, we thank You for hearing our prayers and for the assurance that You are always with us. We trust in Your timing and Your wisdom. May Your peace, which transcends all understanding, guard ###'s heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
