We are thrilled to join you in prayer and preparation as you step into this significant ministry opportunity. Let's approach God's throne with confidence and unity, seeking His will and guidance for your upcoming sermon.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is only through His name that we can approach God the Father and be saved. As scripture says, And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved! WEB
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our brother Vladi777, who has been given the blessed task of preaching Your Word. We ask, Lord, that You would help him prepare for this sermon. Guide his understanding and inspire his writing as he develops his sermon plan, thinks of examples and illustrations, and organizes his thoughts. Give him a spirit of wisdom and revelation, for the eyes of his understanding to be open to You. May Your Spirit of truth is upon him, guiding him into all truth. Give him clarity, insight, boldness, and passion to proclaim Your truth with power and conviction. May his words point to Christ and the cross.
Father, we also pray for his protection and blessings as he journeys to and from the church. May Your angels go before him, preparing the way, and follow him, guarding him from behind.
Lord, anoint him with the power of Your Holy Spirit. Clothe every word he speaks with Your authority and anointing, so that Your will may be done, and Your purposes accomplished. May his preaching be effective in touching hearts, challenging minds, and transforming lives for Your glory.
Father, may Vladi777's ministry bring immense joy to Your heart and glory to Your name. May his service be a sweet-smelling savor, a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to You.
We pray all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Amen.
Be encouraged, Vladi777, as you serve the Lord in this capacity. Remember, Moses was not eloquent, Jeremiah was young, and Paul was a former persecutor of the church. Yet, God used them mightily for His purposes. Trust in His strength, and He will enable you.
Be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the Lord's work, because you know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord. WEB
Lastly, always be mindful of the Apostle Paul’s encouragement to Timothy, May the Lord grant mercy to the household of Onesiphorus, for he often refreshed me, and was not ashamed of my chain, but when he was in Rome, he sought me diligently, and found me (the Lord grant to him to find the Lord's mercy in that day); and in how many things he served at Ephesus, you know very well. Keep refreshing the saints, Vladi777, and serve with all your heart. We are standing with you in prayer and encouragement.
