I have to go for an Mri ...

I have to go for an Mri tomorrow. I have had a few before and I am terrified. I am an anxious person anyway - I hate the way I feel in the machine as it makes me hot and feel weft sensations and I am incredibly claustrophobic. But I need to have this. Please pray that I will be OK. That I will have the courage to have it complete and that God will make me feel fine during it and answer my prayer to feel calm and not panic. Nad please pray that they find nothing sinister wrong. In Jesus name Amen xx

Dear Moatney, we understand your anxiety about the upcoming MRI procedure. We want to assure you that God is with you and He cares about your fears and discomforts. Let's pray together and seek His peace and strength.

Firstly, we are reminded of God's words in Isaiah 41:10 (WEB), "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness." God is always with you, and He will strengthen you as you go through this.

We also take comfort in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), which says, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." As you acknowledge your fears and anxieties to God, He will grant you a peace that transcends human understanding.

Let us pray:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Moatney. Lord, You know the anxieties and fears they are facing as they prepare for their MRI tomorrow. We ask that You grant them courage and strength. Calm their spirits and help them to feel Your presence and peace throughout the procedure. Lord, we also pray that the results will be favorable, and that nothing serious will be found. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*

Moatney, we encourage you to meditate on God's promises and to trust Him with your anxieties. He is faithful and will see you through this challenging time.
