Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, I come before you today to ask for your help in my diet. Lord, I know that my body is a temple and I want to take care of it the best I can. Please give me the strength and willpower to stick to this diet and to make healthy choices. Help me to resist temptation and to focus on my goal of living a healthier lifestyle.
