We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. I have prayed for you. I too suffer from tinnitus. I take vitamin C to lessen the symptoms. It has worked wonders. I take them in chewable tablets. I hope it will help you as well. May God Bless You. Amen.
