Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s three prayer requests. Lord, You know the desires and needs of ###'s heart. We ask that You hear and answer these prayers according to Your perfect will.
First, we pray for [insert first request]. Lord, we trust in Your provision and guidance in this matter. Your Word says in Philippians 4:19, "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus." We stand on this promise and believe that You will provide.
Second, we lift up [insert second request]. Father, we ask for Your healing, comfort, and peace in this situation. As it is written in Jeremiah 30:17, "But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds," declares the Lord. We claim this promise for ### and ask for Your miraculous intervention.
Lastly, we pray for [insert third request]. Lord, we seek Your wisdom and direction. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us to "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." We ask for Your guidance and clarity in this matter.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
