Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Giltlisle who is experiencing a painful knot in their back. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch to be upon them. Your Word says in Psalm 103:3 that You heal all our diseases, and we stand on that promise today. We pray that You would loosen the knot and bring relief from the pain. May Your peace and comfort surround Giltlisle, and may they experience Your healing power. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always respect, obey and honor You.
