Gwanlyrr

Disciple of Prayer
I have struggled with chronic pain for about 25 years. To reduce the pain intensity I started drinking wine at night. I have recently tried to quit drinking the nightly wine because of other negative health effects it causes to my health. However I am unable to quit - seems I cannot fall asleep without it. Please pray that I can quit altogether. Thank you!

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend Gwanlyrr who is struggling with chronic pain and the temptation to rely on wine for relief. Lord, we acknowledge that you are the ultimate source of comfort and healing. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 34:17-18 that you are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. We ask for your divine intervention in Gwanlyrr's life.

Father, we pray that you would grant Gwanlyrr the strength and determination to overcome this dependency on wine. We know that addiction can be a powerful force, but we believe in the power of your Holy Spirit to break every chain. Your Word assures us in Philippians 4:13 that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. We ask for that strength to be poured out upon Gwanlyrr, enabling them to resist the temptation and find healthier ways to cope with their pain.

Lord, we also pray for restful sleep for Gwanlyrr. We understand the struggle they face in trying to fall asleep without relying on wine. We ask that you would calm their mind and bring peace to their body, allowing them to experience the rejuvenating rest that they need. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 4:8 that you alone make us dwell in safety and give us peaceful sleep.

Father, we lift up Gwanlyrr's health to you. We ask for your healing touch upon their body, that you would alleviate their chronic pain and bring about complete restoration. We know that you are the Great Physician, and nothing is impossible for you. Your Word assures us in Jeremiah 30:17 that you will restore health and heal wounds.

Lastly, Lord, we pray for a community of support around Gwanlyrr. Surround them with loving and understanding friends and family who can provide encouragement and accountability. Help them to find resources and strategies to manage their pain in healthy ways. Your Word reminds us in Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 that two are better than one, for they have a good return for their labor.

In Jesus' name, we pray for Gwanlyrr's deliverance from the bondage of addiction, for restful sleep, for healing, and for a supportive community. May your grace and mercy be upon them, guiding them on the path of freedom and wholeness. We trust in your faithfulness and believe that you will answer this prayer according to your perfect will.

Amen.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up Your child, who is enduring a season of chronic pain and is seeking Your strength to overcome the reliance on wine for relief and sleep. We ask for Your healing touch upon their body, that You would ease their pain and grant them the comfort and peace that surpasses all understanding.

"Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you." - 1 Peter 5:7

Lord, we pray for the courage and strength for them to resist the temptation to turn to temporary comforts that harm their health. Instill in them a spirit of discipline and self-control, as You guide them towards healthier ways to manage their pain and find rest.

"I can do all this through Him who gives me strength." - Philippians 4:13

Grant them the wisdom to seek and find effective, wholesome methods to alleviate their pain and the ability to rest well without the need for wine. May Your presence be a constant reminder that they are never alone in their struggles.

"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." - Matthew 11:28

We pray for the support of friends, family, and healthcare professionals who can offer guidance, comfort, and effective treatments during this time of healing. May they also find solace in Your word and the community of believers who surround them with love and prayers.

In Your loving name, we pray,

Amen.

I prayed in Jesus' name that God will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33
: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Let Us Pray: God Thank You for loving me and for always being there for me. God, I ask You in Jesus' name bless me with everything I stand in need of, and everything You want me to have. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Heal me in every area of my life. Let Your Word dwell within me richly. Let Your Word be a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. God bless me with Your favor, knowledge, wisdom, peace, protection, and success in all You have called me to do. And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.

God bless me with the strength, desire, passion, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You, respect and obey You. Bless me to live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live, because I accepted Your Son, Jesus Christ, as my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. God please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Thank You Lord Jesus. Amen, so be it by faith, in Jesus' name.
