I have someone who keeps haggling my mobile connection !it's for a long time but for the past four months its been terrible until I lost a couple of jobs due to this ! Because the number which i suspect is his I send messages with foul language n vulgar to him out of anger.He keeps doing it he or this seem to know the moment m on my mobile n keeps provoking by jamming my keyboard. N keeps haggling all the time when m typing or reading he keeps reading dsitrubing even when m reading phase on bible it get me mad n I used bad foul language to him or the person the person claims its not his number reads n sends it to the public to smear n defame me every where I go !!! N attack my job too due to the msg I send . the person can even read my message s do not what he wants every day !!! Please pray God will deal with this person ! I suspect he is a hacker or he is at the cal
Centre ! Its such a pleasure for him to do it !!!! Even the Church people receive the circulation they send out . he does not want to settle but keep using the public to get back at me and my job of all things ! Three men were hinting at me last Saturday so loud mean things ! N laughing loudly ! Maybe its two person s I do not know I think they have done enuf bad things n revenge . but keeps DISTRUBING my I do not like it so I tell the person do it on some other woman instead of causing me humiliation every where I go ! All due to the mobile distrubances he does not to settle but create this into a public issue when I send bad msg.

I am not sure I understood the issue. Is it that you are sending out foul language when you are angry or does he use your email to send out foul language at your behalf?

Have you tried to change the password? Also does that person have access to your computer/mobile? Does he have physical access or does he use internet in some clever way?
I cant promise anything but if locking him out of your computer/email would be the solution I might have technical knowledge to help you.

Hearme, I think he use the computer in a clever ! N i think its spy malware where they can see when u r on your mobile ! Or the person has help from someone at the call centre I suspect . it all started with connection problem, the person is able to jam my keyboard! Read all my apps application s! Can even read my whatapp messages! So when he distrubs my connection first I say in a nice way! A few times but refuses to stop so I get mad n send bad works n foul language s . I can even sense its him reading it ! So why if its not his number why can't he come n see me or tell but instead its send out everywhere ! I guess it's as a revenge to get at me for the foul language . so goes on n on he still keeps doing it .so each time I get mad n angry I send angry messages n its send to the public. I don't how they do it m being tracked trace monitored to every where I go . n every where i go they send people to come n hint . this person is very bad he dig to personal n people at the restaurant is hinting n my workplace recently it has caused a terrible chaos . one of the girls who gossips whenever I ask she denies it ! But every morning will hint . so when I send to the suspect number n they send it back to this girl .I suspect has contact with the my colleague but they will not say it . she has complaint a lot to the principal . so now I have to find a another which I was looking for ! I heard her saying just now yeah! April u r gone ! I stop finding for another due to someone send a something to the place I go for the interviews. I suspect it's the same person. They do not want to settle but defaming me even thru my interviews! Need prayer that God will do something upon these people doing it.

What do you mean by jam my keyboard?

Have you tried taking computer to repair? If you re tracked with out court permission in most countries you can sue such people.

Do you have any antivirus installed? https://www.avast.com/en-eu/index Here you can choose Essential for free. Or you could go for Advanced if you wish, but I dont think paid version has any noticeable advantages over free. Avast should be also available for phone (altough I am not sure how well it works, but you dont have anything to loose anyway so why not try.) Antivirus will hopefully remove viruses and spywares remove. However even the best antivirus softwares in the world would detect only 30-50% of viruses and spyware.

Just in case make sure that you have firewall turned on. I cant give you specific instructions but Here is instructions for windows 10: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/instantanswers/c9955ad9-1239-4cb2-988c-982f851617ed/turn-windows-firewall-on-or-off . Firewall basically blocks incoming network traffic so in case it antivirus doesnt remove spyware you have chance that firewall manages to block it.

An other thing is you could go trough list of installed programs http://www.laptopmag.com/articles/uninstall-programs-windows-10 and uninstall programs that look suspicious to you because she might have installed something to get access more easily. You should also do this for phone.

An other thing to do is check what users you have in your computer. First, make sure that there are only users that you created. The attacker may have created user account to make it more convenient for her to come in. So it would be good to delete user accounts that you didnt create on that computer. Here are instructions: https://www.howtogeek.com/howto/6619/beginner-geek-delete-user-accounts-in-windows-7/ . You should also make sure that all users have password. If there is user who doesnt have password, everyone can use it to get in your computer. It is also wise to change the password of your current user account. Just in case she knows it and uses it.

It is also useful to change the passwords of things that she hacks. For example if you suspect she has access to your gmail, change your gmail password. However changing passwords for your emails wouldnt help much until you clan your computer of spyware because when she has control over your computer she could just copy your new password from your computer. So it is still important that read and try to understand and follow my instructions in this post as much as you can.

There is also chance that there is no infection in your computer but she just hacks your router of wifi networks. The problem is that default wifi/router passwords that come from factory are known to everybody, so one does not have to be genius to hack router with default passwords. If you have not changed your wifi password so far you should do it now. Make sure you have long enough password (8 letters should be ok, 5 or less would take only few minutes to hack). this way you could lock her out of your wifi. In addition to wifi password you should also change router password. If she knows router password, it means that she could simply log on to router and learn your wifi password from there. So updating wifi password would give you only a little hope as long as you dont update your router password. Thirdly, remove any port forwardings from your router's configuration. And finally, set encryption for your wifi network, to make it harder to hack it. Or here's one pro tip: Use internet cable instead of wifi. This makes spying very difficult because no information is sent over air. Altough this would only be helpful if you suspect that she has physical access (that she is physically close enough (10-20 meters at most) to hack your wifi. Sadly I cant give you any tutorials for that because every router works differently.

If you get stuck with that you can either seek help from local technician at some computer shop or we can arrange time I take a look at your computer over internet and try to fix as much as I can. Although I have to let you know that even tough some specialist checks your computer there is no guarantee that that the problem goes away. If after getting help from experts the problems continue, you can come back here for more help.
