Dear Lord Jesus,

We come to You tonight with six prayer requests on behalf of ###.

First, we ask for Your protection and guidance over ###'s life. Keep her safe from harm and lead her in the path You have set for her.

Second, we ask for Your provision and favor in all of ###'s endeavors. Give her the resources she needs to succeed and open doors of opportunity for her.

Third, we ask for Your healing and restoration in ###'s body, mind, and spirit. Bring her comfort and peace in times of distress and fill her with joy and hope.

Fourth, we ask for Your wisdom and discernment in ###'s decisions. Help her to make the right choices and to always seek Your will.

Fifth, we ask for Your strength and courage to face the challenges that come her way. Give her the courage to stand firm in her faith and to trust in You.

Finally, we ask for Your love and grace to be with ### each and every day. May she feel Your presence and be reminded of Your unfailing love.

We ask all of these things in Jesus' Name. Amen.
