Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother or sister who is struggling with the sin of pornography and masturbation. Lord, You see their agony, apathy, and tears, and we ask for Your mercy and forgiveness to be upon them. Your Word says in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." We stand on this promise today.
Lord, we pray for deliverance from this horror and disaster in their life. Break the chains of addiction and bring them into the freedom that is found in Christ Jesus. Your Word tells us in Romans 8:1, "There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus." May they feel Your love and grace, knowing that You do not condemn them but offer them a way out.
We ask for the strength and courage to resist temptation and to turn away from sin. Help them to fill their mind with things that are pure, lovely, and of good report, as Philippians 4:8 instructs us. Surround them with a supportive community that will encourage and uplift them in their journey towards healing and restoration.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
