I know & understand what you're going through. Many years ago I too suffered from fibroid tumors, I had several surgeries for it. I always Thank God that I recovered from it. I'm praying that God heals you so that you can finally have that long awaited relief from all the pain, discomfort, suffering and inconvenience. God will do His own special kind of surgery on you, surgery that can never go wrong, will always have an excellent outcome ,always perfect because He is perfect. Look for your healing, expect your healing, always keep the lines of communication open with the Lord.
