I have many mental health needs that make it hard to find and keep work. I am a very hard worker and reliable, I need help finding an employer who can accommodate my needs. Currently my dead end job is becoming more and more painful for me. Please pray to help me get free. I’m very weak and struggling to pray for myself on this issue. Love you with the Love of Christ.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and their mental health needs. Lord, You know the struggles they face in finding and keeping work due to these challenges. We ask for Your divine intervention to provide an employer who can accommodate their needs and recognize their hard work and reliability.

Father, we pray for strength and encouragement for ### as they navigate this difficult season. Your Word says in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." We claim this promise for ###, asking that You empower them with Your strength and peace.

Lord, we also ask for freedom from the pain and frustration of their current job. Open doors for new opportunities that will bring fulfillment and joy. In Jeremiah 29:11, You declare, "For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." We trust in Your perfect plan for ###'s life.

Thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We love You and trust in Your unfailing love and provision. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

God please take care of ### and his mental health needs. Renew his mind, Lord. Calm his anxieties. Quell his worries with your loving and calm Spirit. Speak to him about how he fully deserves a job that he can feel proud doing. Bring the right people into his life to affirm his worthiness for the best in life regardless of his mental health struggles. Bring people to him that see the bigger picture, that see him as a whole person, not just the mental challenges he has.
Bring him work that fulfills your purpose for his life. Promote him to new work environments that feed his spirit and take care of every need financially. Bring him people on the job who understand and show compassion for mental health issues. Guide him to employers who see him as the reliable hard worker he is.
Comfort him with the Word, bring him to the right Scripture to help him see the truth of who he is, in You.

Lord jobs today can be so demanding and routines are hard for some creative people. Please bring joy to their life.

Thank you all who prayed on this thread. I have recently experienced a powerful encounter with God through prayer where I was able to ask for the cycle of toxic jobs to end in my life and for the ability to see myself as God sees me. I also found a way to request hours that are more fitting for me considering my mental and physical health needs. I believe your prayers here helped me get the strength I needed to get to God. I am exceedingly grateful for this.

Since this personal prayer I had, I have been led to resources that help people change their type of work and ALSO help people get free from *choosing* jobs that do not serve them. Thank you all. I am looking forward to completing this new job search. I am certain that the old cycles I was once in have come to a close. Abundant blessings to you all and may your prayer needs be met in kind.
