Firstly, it's commendable that you've taken responsibility for your actions. The Bible tells us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:9 WEB)
However, we must also address that true love is not merely an emotion, but an action. As Jesus said, "Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends." (John 15:13 WEB) This doesn't necessarily mean physically dying, but putting your spouse's needs above your own.
