Dear Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ###, who has received sad news regarding the interruption of sponsorship for the child they were supporting in South America. Lord, we lift up this situation to you and ask for your divine intervention. We pray that you would bring comfort to ###'s heart during this difficult time. You are the God who sees and knows all things, and we trust that you have a plan and a purpose in this situation.
Father, we ask that you would grant ### the opportunity to hear from the child they were supporting at least one last time. We pray for a miraculous connection, that the child and her family would reach out and provide closure to ###'s heart. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 34:18 that you are near to the brokenhearted and save the crushed in spirit. We ask for your comforting presence to surround ### during this time of uncertainty.
Additionally, Lord, we lift up ###'s friend who had a ### stroke last week and is currently unwell. We pray for your healing touch upon their body, mind, and spirit. We ask that you would bring reassurance and good news concerning their health. Your Word assures us in James 5:15 that the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise them up. We stand in faith, believing that you are the ultimate healer and that you can restore health to ###'s friend.
Lord, we thank you for your love, compassion, and faithfulness. We trust in your perfect timing and your sovereign plan. May ### find peace and strength in you, knowing that you are in control of every situation. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus.
