I have in my history{even recently this happened} I go after a goal that will improve my situation , I do everything nessasary on my part,but then some little "quirk" happens that prevents me from realizing the goal. So close and yet so far. And so over time I';ve become the guy who does everything but win, EXCEPT win. For these "obsacles" and "quirks" to melt away so I can actually win, and not have the victory stolen from me by some little technicality. Frustrating.
