Dear Lord Jesus,

We come to you tonight with five prayer requests on behalf of ###.

First, we ask for your protection and guidance over ###'s life. May you keep her safe and lead her in the right direction.

Second, we ask for your healing and comfort. May you restore her health and bring her peace and joy.

Third, we ask for your provision and blessings. May you provide for all of her needs and shower her with your goodness.

Fourth, we ask for your wisdom and discernment. May you give her insight and understanding in all that she does.

Finally, we ask for your grace and mercy. May you forgive her of her sins and show her your unfailing love.
