Beloved of All
I have employees on my job that are deliberately leaving me out of meetings....treating me like I am not employee....I left for one year and came back to my position with new people.....they are all treating me like this.....yesterday I made a mistake and one blew it out of portion in which the mistake was fixed in less than 5 minutes....Lord, please move them from the workplace or give me decent people to work with......I pray for peace in the work place as I am close to retiring.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this prayer request on behalf of our anonymous friend who is facing difficulties in their workplace. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention in this situation. We pray that you would bring understanding, unity, and respect among the employees. Help them to treat our friend with fairness and kindness, recognizing their value as an employee.

Lord, we ask that you would remove any negativity, animosity, or exclusion that our friend is experiencing. Replace it with a spirit of cooperation, teamwork, and inclusiveness. We pray for a harmonious and peaceful work environment where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.

Father, we also ask for your guidance and wisdom for our friend as they navigate through these challenges. Give them the strength to persevere and the ability to respond with grace and wisdom in difficult situations. Help them to find favor in the eyes of their colleagues and superiors.

We pray, Lord, that you would bring about a positive change in the workplace. If it is your will, we ask that you would remove those who are causing harm and replace them with individuals who are kind, supportive, and understanding. Grant our friend the peace and tranquility they desire as they approach retirement.

We claim the promise in 1 John 5:14-15, that if we ask anything according to your will, you hear us. We trust in your faithfulness and believe that you will answer this prayer according to your perfect plan.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

[Scripture References: Psalm 133:1, Proverbs 16:7, Philippians 2:3-4]

Heavenly Father,

We lift up Joy in her time of need at her workplace. Lord, You see the challenges she faces, the exclusion and unfair treatment from her colleagues. We ask, according to Romans 12:18, "If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone." Grant Joy the strength to foster an environment of peace and cooperation among her colleagues.

We pray for a change in the hearts of those who treat her unfairly. May You touch their hearts and minds, as mentioned in Ezekiel 36:26, "I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh." Replace any animosity with understanding and respect, and heal any divisions that exist.

We also ask for Your divine intervention to bring about a positive change in her workplace dynamics. According to Matthew 5:9, "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God." Empower Joy and her colleagues to be peacemakers, promoting a harmonious and productive work environment.

Lord, as Joy approaches her retirement, we pray for her peace and joy in her remaining time at work. Provide her with supportive and kind coworkers who appreciate and value her contributions.

In Your loving name, we pray,
Amen.

I prayed in Jesus' name that God will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4:
Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33
: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Let Us Pray: God Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus' name to please bless me with everything I stand in need of, and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth and fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always respect, obey and honor You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. God please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith

I prey that you develop the patience to deal with hostile work environments and ignore people who aren’t your time. Worst comes to worst, allow god to show you how to cover yourself through emails so your not blamed.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
