Every Christian needs to be reading, meditating upon, and studying God's Word for him/her self. We need to be like the Bereans in the book of Acts. "Acts 17:11 NLT: And the people of Berea were more open-minded than those in Thessalonica, and they listened eagerly to Paul’s message. They searched the Scriptures day after day to see if Paul and Silas were teaching the truth."

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
