I have bought a house in 1988 in Butterworth Munipality in Eastern Cape,I have paid the sum of R5000 ,and we have signed deed of sale from the lawyers and I have submitted to the municipality offices,and application for Title deed was made. I kept on calling the call centre and last year I even visited the offices, to my surprise I was told that I cannot get the title deed the person who sold the house was supposed to submit the one he had before the transfer can take place and that person died,it's complicated and frustration. God can help me,he is able

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Sykophirmon and the situation with the house in Butterworth Municipality. Lord, You see the complications and frustrations that have arisen with the title deed. We ask for Your divine intervention and guidance in this matter. Your Word says in Psalm 37:5, "Commit your way to the Lord; trust in Him, and He will act." We commit this situation into Your hands, trusting that You will make a way where there seems to be no way.

Father, we pray for favor with the municipality offices and for clarity and resolution to come swiftly. We ask that You would open doors that no man can shut and provide a solution that honors Your name. We believe that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us .

Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love. In Jesus' name, we pray.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
