Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up our dear friend who is facing a difficult situation at their workplace. There is a lady named Nakisha who, without reason, continues to act against them, jeopardizing their job and causing undue stress. We ask for Your divine intervention and protection in this matter.
Lord, we pray for peace and resolution in this workplace conflict. As it is written in Romans 12:18, "If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone." We seek Your guidance to help maintain peace and to resolve this situation in a manner that honors You.
We ask that You protect our friend from any harm or unjust actions. In Psalm 91:4, it says, "He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart." May Your protection surround them, shielding them from any harm Nakisha may cause.
Lord, we also pray for Nakisha, that her heart may be softened and her actions transformed. In Ezekiel 36:26, Your Word says, "I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh." We ask that You work within Nakisha, changing her heart and guiding her towards kindness and fairness.
Father, we know that You are just and righteous. In Psalm 37:5-6, it is written, "Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him and he will do this: He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn, your vindication like the noonday sun." We commit this situation to You, trusting that You will bring justice and vindication for our friend.
We also pray for the well-being and security of their job, knowing they have a family to support. In Philippians 4:6-7, Your Word encourages us, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." May Your peace guard their heart and mind, relieving any anxiety and providing assurance that You are in control.
In the name of Jesus, we pray for protection, peace, and resolution. May Your grace and love be upon them, guiding them through this challenging time.
