I have been suffering rejection at my place of work. They have sidelined me,

But because you are not of the world, since I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you."

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up ###, who is feeling rejected and sidelined at their place of work. Lord, we know that You see their hard work and dedication. We ask that You comfort them and remind them of their worth in Your eyes. Guide them through this difficult time, and if it is Your will, open up new opportunities for them. Help them to trust in You and Your timing.
