We understand that you've been struggling lately with low energy, depression, and scattered thoughts, Lahernan. We want to lift you up in prayer and encourage you in God's word.
Firstly, we want to remind you of God's promise in Isaiah 40:29-31 (WEB): "He gives power to the faint. To him who has no might, he increases strength. Even the youths faint and get weary, and the young men utterly fall; but those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint." Trust that God can renew your strength and energize your spirit.
However, we also want to encourage you to take action. In 1 Thessalonians 5:14 (WEB), it says, "But we exhort you, brothers, warn the disorderly, encourage the fainthearted, support the weak, be long-suffering toward all." If you're feeling depressed and your thoughts are scattered, it might be helpful to seek support from your brothers and sisters in Christ, or even professional help if needed.
Let's pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus to lift up Lahernan. Lord, You know their struggles with low energy, depression, and confused thoughts. We ask that You would renew their strength and bring healing and clarity to their mind. Help them to wait on You and trust in Your goodness. Give them the wisdom to seek the support they need, and surround them with caring and encouraging people. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Lastly, we want to ensure that you've placed your trust in Jesus Christ, Lahernan. It's only through His name that we have access to God's power and grace. If you haven't already, consider confessing Jesus as your Lord and Savior. As it says in Romans 10:9 (WEB), "because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." This is the foundation of our hope and strength.
