I have been having really bad anxiety and some depression. I can’t seem to shake it. The anxiety feels like I can’t get any peace. Please pray for healing and peace and to feel normal again- Josh S

Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of Iphen, who is experiencing severe anxiety and depression. Lord, we lift up Iphen's burdens and struggles to you, knowing that you are the source of true peace and healing. Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7 to bring all our requests to you with thanksgiving, and you promise to guard our hearts and minds with your peace that surpasses all understanding.

We pray, Lord, that you would touch Iphen's heart and mind, bringing a deep sense of peace and calmness. We ask that you would alleviate the anxiety and depression that they are facing, replacing it with your perfect peace. Your Word assures us in James 5:13 that when we are afflicted, we should pray, and we believe that you hear our prayers and are attentive to our cries.

Lord, we ask for complete healing for Iphen, both physically and emotionally. We pray that you would restore their mental well-being and grant them the strength to overcome these challenges. We know that you are the ultimate source of peace, and we ask that you would fill Iphen's heart with your peace that surpasses all understanding.

We also pray for Iphen to feel a sense of normalcy again. We ask that you would restore their joy and bring a renewed sense of purpose and hope into their life. Help them to find comfort and solace in your presence, knowing that you are always with them, guiding and protecting them.

Lord, we thank you for your faithfulness and for the promise that you are near to the brokenhearted. We trust in your unfailing love and ask that you would pour out your healing and peace upon Iphen. May they experience your presence in a tangible way and find comfort in knowing that you are their refuge and strength.

I have a doctors appointment tomorrow and hopefully can get some answers to what’s causing the anxiety. Please continue to pray for healing and for a good doctors appointment.
