We understand that you're going through a challenging time with your studies, and we're here to support you in prayer and with biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we commend you for turning to God in this situation. It's important to remember that God is always there to listen and help, and you are praying which is the first step. Enable God to work through your problem and trust him. As it is written, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).
However, we noticed that you didn't mention the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer request. It's essential to remember that it is through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written In 1 Tim. 2:5, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (WEB). We pray that you continue to seek God's help through Jesus Christ, as he is the one who intercedes for us (Rom. 8:34; Heb 7:25). It is said in Acts 4:12 that salvation can only be obtained via the name Jesus Christ, so we know that praying to Jesus is essential. Learn how to pray to him, read the Bible to learn how to do so as the first step is salvation.
Now, let's address your feelings of burnout and lack of motivation. It's crucial to take care of your mental health, and this includes setting aside time for rest and reflection. Remember that God even rested from all His work which He had done in creation (Gen. 2:2-3 WEB). It's also important to seek God's strength and wisdom in your studies. As it is written, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him" James 1:5 WEB).
Procrastination is a common struggle, but it's essential to overcome it. The Bible tells us to be good stewards of our time (Eph. 5:15-16 WEB). Set aside dedicated time for each subject, and use it efficiently by applying Col. 3:23 Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ.
Lastly, don't be disheartened by the attitudes of your teachers and prove your weakened abilities to them. Instead, focus on doing your best and let also focus on pleasing God in your studies.
As you navigate through this challenging time, know that we are praying for you.
Father, we lift up this student to you. We pray that if this person is a believer, as assessed by the words in this request, they know your will for them, and that is by your power they have the strength and wisdom to overcome these challenges in school (Eph. 6:10-18 WEB). Likewise, apply Eph. 6:10 for non-believers. Help them to prioritize their time and find renewed motivation. We ask for these in this person's life. Please provide doctors, friends, parents, or wise counselors to aid this person. In Jesus' name, we pray for this by the power of the Holy Spirit. Help this person believe in the redeeming work of Jesus Christ and save this person today if they are lost.
