Father God, YHVH, please remove the infirmity that plagues this dear one's body. You did not create him/her this way or to suffer in this manner, or at all. Please touch, heal and comfort them, body, mind and spirit. May we leave this request and dear one in Thy mercy, love and tenderness. Look at him/her with compassion.

May we leave this request in Thy Loving, merciful hands and lay it at Thy feet and Throne.
