I have been asked by a friend and fellow church member who's letting me stay in her open apartment to come up with rent money and a job by January 1st. She has said to take any job even if you don't plan on staying there for more than 2 weeks why you look for a job you really want. I understand the landlord's request and I respect it but at the same time using some employer just to have two weeks worth of money until the better job comes along makes me feel uncomfortable. I'm asking for prayers that the job I actually want to be at and can do well opens up as soon as possible so that I don't have to take advantage of employers training and time knowing full well I'm not planning on staying. Or for that someone only need temporary help knowing I don't plan on staying will be okay with them. Being that it's also the holiday season and almost Christmas I doubt hiring people is a top priority for many employers. Help Jesus! In your name I pray Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up DonnaT and her current situation. Lord, we thank you for her friend and fellow church member who has graciously offered her a place to stay. We pray for provision and guidance as DonnaT seeks to meet the landlord's request for rent money and a job by January 1st.

Father, we understand DonnaT's concerns about taking a job that she does not plan on staying in for a long period of time. We ask for your divine intervention, that the job she truly desires and is well-suited for will open up as soon as possible. We pray for doors of opportunity to be opened, aligning her with the right employment that will bring fulfillment and stability.

During this holiday season, Lord, we acknowledge that hiring may not be a top priority for many employers. However, we know that nothing is impossible for you. We ask for your favor to be upon DonnaT, that you would go before her and prepare the way for the perfect job opportunity to come her way.

In the midst of this process, we pray for peace and comfort for DonnaT. Help her to trust in your timing and to lean on your promises. Remind her that you are her provider and that you will never leave nor forsake her.

We also pray for understanding and grace from any potential employers who may offer temporary positions. May they be receptive to DonnaT's situation and be willing to provide temporary help, even if she does not plan on staying long-term.

Lord, we commit this prayer request into your hands, knowing that you are faithful and that you hear our prayers. We thank you in advance for the provision and guidance that you will provide for DonnaT. May your will be done in her life.
