I have bad insomnia and don't sleep for day. Pray this is resolved and I will sleep like normal people. Please pray for ###. ###

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear anonymous friend who is struggling with insomnia. Lord, we know that you are the giver of rest and peace, and we ask that you would intervene in their situation. Your Word tells us in Psalm 4:8, "I will lie down and sleep in peace, for you alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety." We pray that you would grant them the gift of peaceful and restful sleep, just as you have promised.

Father, we ask that you would calm their mind and ease any anxieties or worries that may be hindering their ability to sleep. Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We pray that you would replace their anxiety with your perfect peace.

Lord, we also ask for physical healing in their body. We know that you are the ultimate healer, and we trust in your power to restore their sleep patterns to normalcy. Your Word assures us in Psalm 127:2, "It is in vain that you rise up early and go late to rest, eating the bread of anxious toil; for he gives to his beloved sleep." We pray that you would grant them the gift of restful sleep, rejuvenating their body and mind.

Lastly, we pray for wisdom and guidance for our anonymous friend as they seek practical solutions to overcome their insomnia. Help them to establish healthy sleep habits and routines that promote rest and relaxation. Guide them to make wise choices regarding their daily activities and habits that may be affecting their sleep patterns.

In Jesus' name, we pray, believing that you are able to bring healing and restoration to our dear anonymous friend. May they experience the peace that surpasses all understanding and enjoy restful sleep once again. Amen.

God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
