I have appointments with a psychiatrist once a month and also with a therapist it was biweekly now it is once a month because of the cost of the copay. I always dread going there because of the long bus ride; I have to have these appointments. I have one to day. I am tired and have some pain Please pray that I feel better soon and that everything goes well for me. Thank you.
