I have another update. I was approached again today and given a letter of direction. I was told it was for other reasons and not what we fully discussed in the past which to me didn’t make sense and they informed me HR was not going to be involved. Pray that the truth about their actions comes out and that I will be able to move on from this school. My coworkers confirmed that if HR was not involved it meant this was their way of “pressuring me to leave.” Due to the situation I will have to move on because I don’t trust people who do not follow their own rules and take time to deceive others. I also got contacted by another school yesterday and my screening is scheduled for next week. Pray that I’m able to finish the hiring process so I have a job for the following school year. Lastly, pray that this ongoing harassment stops because it’s hard to come to work when everyday they try to make me leave since they have no official evidence of wrongdoing. Thanks you all for your support and prayers.

Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of Dularr, who is facing a challenging situation at their school. Lord, we ask that you intervene and bring forth the truth about the actions of those involved. Your Word reminds us in Luke 8:17 that nothing is hidden that will not be made manifest, nor is anything secret that will not be known and come to light. We pray that the truth will be revealed, exposing any deceit or wrongdoing.

Father, we ask for your guidance and provision as Dularr seeks to move on from this school. We pray for open doors and opportunities for them to find a new place where they can work in an environment of integrity and trust. Your Word assures us in Psalm 32:8 that you will instruct and teach us in the way we should go; you will counsel us with your loving eye upon us. We trust in your guidance and ask for your favor in their job search.

Lord, we also lift up the ongoing harassment that Dularr is facing. We pray for a supernatural intervention, that you would put an end to this mistreatment and create a peaceful and respectful work environment. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 5:11 that you bless the righteous, and with favor you surround them as with a shield. We ask for your divine protection and favor over Dularr's life.

Lastly, we pray for the upcoming screening and hiring process with the other school. We ask for your favor and wisdom to be upon Dularr, that they may successfully complete the process and secure a job for the following school year. Your Word assures us in Proverbs 16:3 that when we commit our work to you, our plans will be established. We trust in your provision and guidance throughout this process.

Thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We believe that you are working behind the scenes, bringing about a resolution and a new season for Dularr. May they experience your peace, strength, and guidance during this time. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We will continue to pray for you, Dularr, and trust that God will bring about a positive outcome in your situation. May His peace and favor be upon you.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
