I have an immediate prayer need

I'm asking for emergency prayer about this: two yrs ago my wife started having delusions. she had voices in her head that told her she needed to leave me because I wanted to kill her. the voices also told her many other things that werent true. when she started taking psych meds, the voices abruptly stopped. about a week ago she changed her psych meds and is having serious issues again. it seems like a repeat of what happened two yrs ago. But she WONT change her meds back because she's too far gone in her reasoning now. she is acting scared of me, avoids me and even took off her wedding ring. she told my daughter she hopes she doesn't get killed. please pray for our marriage and her healing. I'm under so much stress from work, family and financial issues and this new development is really attacking my faith because I've been believing for her healing for two yrs and it seems like the enemy keeps throwing new things at me in the hopes that I'll fail and quit praying for my wife. I love her and have to protect her, she has no family or anyone else looking out for her.
