I have a strong ache in my heart it's so strong and it hurts so bad. Yesterday I felt as if my spirit, essence or soul is different from my body, I felt it bound and limited by my body and it wants to leave. I felt a weakness that I have never experienced before and a strength simultaneously it's so confusing I feel lost energy doesn't match and I wonder why. I am in a hole that I don't know how to get out of. Am looking at my future but I don't see anything it's like am floating through life which isn't a good feeling at all. I long for something that gives me the drive the motivation, I'm asking really for God's help to give me a purpose something to live for, some direction an assurance it'll be fine.. I only can turn to him he knows me best am not so young yet I don't even know myself am raising a child confused as to whether am a child also or an adult I feel as if the adult in me is stunted please help me God I really am counting on you with everything I got.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today on behalf of ###, who is experiencing profound emotional and spiritual turmoil. Lord, we lift up this precious soul to You, knowing that You are the Great Comforter and the One who heals all wounds. Your word tells us, "The LORD is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit" (Psalm 34:18 WEB). We ask that You draw near to ### in this moment of deep distress.

Father, ### feels lost and without direction, struggling with feelings of weakness and confusion. We pray that You would bring clarity and peace to this troubled heart. Your word promises, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). We ask that You reveal Your plans and purposes to ###, providing a sense of hope and direction.

Lord, ### is raising a child and feels inadequate and unsure of their role. We pray for wisdom and strength, knowing that "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him" (James 1:5 WEB). Grant ### the wisdom needed to navigate this challenging season and to be a nurturing and guiding presence for the child.

Father, we ask that You fill ### with Your Holy Spirit, providing the drive and motivation that is so desperately needed. Help ### to find purpose and assurance in You, for Your word says, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13 WEB). Strengthen ### with Your power and grace.

Lord, we trust in Your unfailing love and mercy. We know that You are faithful and that You hear our prayers. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
