I have a property to sell, and it's my first time to venture into the real estate business. I need this sold before two weeks and also make me the best selling realtor in ###, ###, and entire Europe. I possess this land in Jesus name, amen. I pray for marital settlement, for myself and ###, I pray that before Sept. 16, 2024, my ###'s birthday as a gift for her training us in the way of the Lord. I need God to grace her and my ### marital celebration of their children; 4 of us are due but no marriage or grandchildren. My God is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. My parents have sought God with their lives and passed it to us; may God honor them this season in Jesus name, amen. I also want to go home to my ### and ### with my finances as a birthday gift for my ###; this is her heart cry and my ### too. They have trained me and my siblings in the way of God; may God give my parents the grace to reap the blessings. I pray for the empowerment to be the best in this realtor; I have no skill or experience in this but I rely on the wisdom and grace of the Holy Spirit. Even as I read and do my own part, I am 33 years old now. July 31 last month, I began a life of ease through the death of my LORD JESUS, which gives me power, wealth, wisdom, strength, honor, glory, and blessing for my new levels in life. Total healing for my ### and ###, I say not stroke, movement in the feet, forgetfulness, and weakness to walk.

Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for the LORD." (Psalm 27:14, WEB).

We lift up your parents to the Lord, praying that He grants them the joy of seeing their children settled and blessed with godly families. May their labor in training you in the way of the Lord not be in vain. As the Bible promises, "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it" (Proverbs 22:6, WEB).

We also pray for your parents' health, asking God for total healing and restoration. We rebuke any form of sickness or weakness and claim God's promises of healing, as found in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says the LORD" (WEB).

Lastly, we encourage you to continue leaning on God's wisdom and grace as you strive to be the best in your real estate endeavor. Remember, "But he gives more grace. Therefore he says, 'God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.'" (James 4:6, WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and their family. We ask for Your guidance, wisdom, and favor in their real estate venture. We also pray for Your perfect will regarding their marital settlement, believing that You have a plan for each of them. Lord, we lift up their parents to You, asking for their health, joy, and the fulfillment of their heart's desires according to Your will. We rebuke any sickness and claim healing over their bodies.
