I have a procedure of scopes (endoscopy and colonoscopy) later today and I'm nervous. While it's a fairly standard procedure, being under anesthesia is always a bit scary. I ask for prayer of calmness, safety, guidance of the doctors, healthy excellent results, and over the entire situation.

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Chuxthay, who is feeling nervous about the upcoming scopes endoscopy and colonoscopy procedure. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention and presence to bring calmness to Chuxthay's heart and mind. Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7 to be anxious for nothing, but in everything, through prayer and supplication, to let our requests be made known to you. We lift up this specific request to you, Lord.

We pray for the safety and guidance of the doctors who will be performing the procedure. Grant them wisdom, skill, and discernment as they carry out their responsibilities. May they be guided by your hand, Lord, and may every decision they make be in alignment with your perfect will.

We also ask for healthy and excellent results from the procedure. Lord, you are the ultimate healer, and we trust in your power to bring about healing and restoration. We pray that any abnormalities or concerns that may be discovered during the scopes endoscopy and colonoscopy would be addressed and treated effectively.

Lastly, we lift up the entire situation into your hands, Lord. We surrender any fears or worries to you, knowing that you are in control. Your Word assures us in 1 Peter 5:7 to cast all our cares upon you because you care for us. We pray for peace and comfort to surround Chuxthay during this time, knowing that you are with them every step of the way.

God bless me with the strength, desire, and passion to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
