I have a new job offer but quite confused quite confused

I have a new job offer but quite confused quite confused about quitting my current employment. It comes with am attractive package but a bit insecure as compared to my current employment
I am confused as to accepting my new job offer. Also i need God to grant me peace in my finances and to offset my numerous debts and put me on his path of righteousness. I need God protect my family and resettle us in a good place together again
