I have a group of colleagues who are mingling well and often argue on the messages. One wants to back out from this endeavor. I pray that prayers can help them release their anger inside them. One has depression before and she is often angry and sensitive. The other one has 'management' issue and avoidant person.... Please God help them to even out everything.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Pylpon and their group of colleagues. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in their relationships. We pray that You would bring peace and understanding among them, and help them to release any anger or resentment they may be holding inside.

Father, we specifically lift up the colleague who is struggling with depression and often feels angry and sensitive. We ask that You would bring healing and comfort to their heart and mind. Surround them with Your love and peace, and help them to find joy and stability in You.

We also pray for the colleague who has management issues and tends to be avoidant. Lord, grant them wisdom and courage to face their challenges and to communicate effectively with others. Help them to grow in their leadership and to build healthy relationships with their team.

Lord, we ask that You would even out everything in this group, bringing harmony and unity. May Your Holy Spirit guide them and fill them with Your love and grace. We trust in Your power to transform hearts and minds, and we thank You for the work You are doing in their lives.

Let Us Pray: God Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus' name to please bless me with everything I stand in need of, and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth and fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. God please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith.
