I have a few "problem: customers", who do things in a way that cause problems or headaches for me, and no matter how many times I tell them, it goes in one ear and out the other.Most of it is job related stuff, but one {I'm an American and she's Jamaican} is in my car constantly badmouthing my country,right in front of me. {Yet she came here.}I think this is disrespectful, like if I got off a plane in Kingston Jamaica hailed a taxi and started badmouthing Jamaica to the Jamaican driver in his own country. To me, it's just bad manners and rude,even arrogant. I finally had to tell her off a bit yesterday.This , and other things those specific customers do, like abuse the time I give them{when I have another appointment within a time{ call me for "off hours"{late at night, my day off on Sunday,tell me the last minute and expect me to drop everything and run to them.Don't take no for an answer when I can't do something. Talking to them doesn't help, they do what they want. So request is that they get more sensitive to the needs of others, or are replaced by more "manangable" customers.
