I have a door that has a compressor on top, that stabilizes it opening and closing, and it came askew and needs to be fixed. There are 2 handymen on the grounds, and they've both proven to be unreliable, promise to come around but don't. Which is bad enough, but now it got worse, the top, there's a gap between the door and the outside, and so it doesn't even lock anymore. And on a windy day, it sometimes even swings open. Not a time for unreliable handymen... And I'm busy, I can't always track them down. So now what?
