I have a door that has a compressor on top, that stabilizes it opening and closing, and it came askew and needs to be fixed.. There are 2 handymen on the grounds ,and they've both proven to be unreliable, promise to come around but don't.Which is bad enough , but now it got worse, the top , there's a gap between the door and the outside, and so it doesn't even lock anymore.{And on a windy day, it sometimes even swings open.Not a time for unreliable handymen...And I'm busy, I can't always track them down .So now what?
