Heavenly Father,
We come before You with a humble heart, lifting up Anonymous and the situation with the coworker, R.J. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in this matter. Your Word says in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We trust in Your wisdom and guidance, Lord.
Father, we pray for R.J. to find a job that is perfectly suited to his skills and needs, one where he can thrive and be a blessing to others. We ask that You open doors of opportunity for him and guide his steps towards a new path. In Jeremiah 29:11, You promise, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." We claim this promise for R.J. and trust that You have a plan for his future.
We also pray for Anonymous, that You would grant peace and comfort in this situation. Help Anonymous to trust in Your plan and to find strength in Your presence. Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Lord, we lay this situation at Your feet and trust in Your perfect timing and will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
