Big things are happening in Jesus' Name! 
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear anonymous friend and their prayer request regarding their coworker. Lord, we ask for your guidance and intervention in this situation. We pray that you would bring peace and harmony to their workplace.
Father, we understand that sometimes relationships with coworkers can be challenging and cause stress. We ask that you would grant wisdom and discernment to our anonymous friend as they navigate this situation. Help them to respond with grace and love, even in difficult circumstances.
Lord, we pray for their coworker. We ask that you would touch their heart and bring them happiness and fulfillment in their work. If it is your will, open doors for them to find a new opportunity where they can thrive and be content. May they experience your love and guidance in their career journey.
We also ask for your peace to fill the heart of our anonymous friend. Help them to trust in you and cast their anxieties upon you, knowing that you care for them . Grant them strength and resilience as they face challenges at work.
Father, we thank you for your promise in Matthew 18:20 that where two or three gather in your name, you are there with them. We believe that you hear our prayers and that you are working behind the scenes for the good of all involved.

Lord, I lift up this coworker right now in Jesus Name. I know it is no accident when we are placed with unpleasant coworkers, so I ask that this friend will pray without ceasing throughout the day for the coworker. Allow them an opportunity to speak the Name of Jesus to them and to witness to them. Lord, this friend may be the only Jesus the coworker knows. Your Word says to pray for our enemies, so we pray for this person and ask for blessings and his cup to overfloweth with goodness and grace. Lord, I know that You have placed difficult coworkers in my path many times, and I feel it is always so that I may pray diligently for the person and speak the Name of Jesus over them. I pray for my difficult coworker too! I lift up Dianne to You Father God. I ask You to bless her and fill her heart with joy! May she see Your hand at work every day while we go through our daily duties and may she come to know You. Give me the right words to speak when I am talking to her, and give me grace and mercy as I deal with her. Lord, You have taught me that most people who are difficult are usually those who are lost and miserable in their own life. I pray to make a difference in these people's lives. I pray to be a light in a dark world! Lord, let the Holy Spirit work through me, I cannot do it alone, I don't even know how. But I know the power of the Holy Spirit can move mountains! The same spirit that raised You from the dead is the same one that resides in me! I ask for the Holy Spirit to give me supernatural strength and power to deal with lost people who I am around every day at work. I pray the same for this friend! Lord, make us bold, and use us in a mighty way! Lord, give us an opportunity to witness to these coworkers who may be unsaved and on the road to hell. Give us wisdom and guidance as we have conversations and prick our hearts to know when people are not saved. Use us for Kingdom Work! Amen!!
