I have a coworker I am not comfortable with. May he find happiness elsewhere at another job, even at a job that's more higher pay.

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, interceding on behalf of our anonymous friend who is facing discomfort with a coworker. Lord, we ask for your guidance and intervention in this situation. We pray that you would bring peace and harmony to their workplace.
Father, we lift up this coworker to you. If it is your will, we ask that you open doors for them to find happiness and fulfillment in another job. May you lead them to a place where they can thrive and experience growth, both professionally and personally. If it is your plan, we pray that you would bless them with a job that offers higher pay, providing for their needs and allowing them to flourish.
Lord, we also ask for wisdom and discernment for our anonymous friend as they navigate their interactions with this coworker. Grant them patience, understanding, and grace to handle any challenges that arise. Help them to maintain a peaceful and respectful attitude, even in difficult circumstances.
We claim the promise in 1 John 5:14-15, that if we ask anything according to your will, you hear us. We trust in your perfect plan and timing, knowing that you work all things together for the good of those who love you.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
