Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother or sister who is facing a difficult situation at work. Lord, You see the heartache and the stress caused by this bully. We ask for Your divine intervention and protection over them.
Lord, we pray for the person who is bullying. We ask that You touch their heart and fill it with Your love and peace. May they find happiness and fulfillment in ways that do not involve causing harm to others. Transform their heart, Lord, and guide them to a path of kindness and respect.
We stand on Your promise in Romans 12:19, "Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written: 'It is mine to avenge; I will repay,' says the Lord." We trust in Your justice and Your timing, Lord.
Grant our brother or sister the strength and courage to face each day with grace and dignity. Surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, as promised in Philippians 4:7. Let them feel Your presence and know that You are with them always.

I pray for you to have the wisdom to cope with this situation, according to God's purposes and plans. I pray that your responses to this person will shine in the darkness. Everything according to His Will, His Way, His interpretation. I have the similar situation at my work place for two years. But my God took my case in His hands and helped me. Praise God.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
