I have a brother whose name is ###.

I have a brother whose name is ### ### ### who is either mentally ill or demon-possessed. I am trying to get help for him to no avail. He believes he's fine but doesn't bathe, brush his teeth, or change his clothes for days on end. He believes he has the power from God to curse people's lives. He operates normally but makes wishes for ill to happen to others. I am a believer but I don't know what to do or how to help him. Please pray for him.
