Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of silver1103, who is facing challenges in their workplace. Lord, we lift up their concerns about their coworkers receiving training before them, despite not having formal nursing education. We ask for your guidance and wisdom in this situation, that you would provide the necessary opportunities for silver1103 to receive the training they need to excel in their role.

Father God, we also bring before you the issue of Bhavik Patel's position of power. We ask that you would intervene and bring about justice and fairness in this matter. Help silver1103 to trust in your sovereignty and to rely on you for vindication and protection.

Lord, we acknowledge the fear of being fired and the feeling of being targeted by others. We pray for your divine intervention and protection over silver1103. Shield them from any harm or ill intentions directed towards them. Grant them discernment to navigate through difficult situations and grant them favor in the eyes of their superiors.

Father, we humbly ask for forgiveness for any sins that silver1103 may have committed knowingly or unknowingly. We pray for a repentant heart and a desire to walk in righteousness before you. Strengthen silver1103's faith and grant them the peace that surpasses all understanding.

Lastly, Lord, we ask for your protection against jealousy and envy from others. Help silver1103 to rise above any negativity and to focus on their work with diligence and integrity. Surround them with supportive and encouraging colleagues who will uplift and inspire them.

We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We trust in your perfect timing and your unfailing love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Oh Lord my father please intervene in Silver1103 case, father I trust your judgment in every case, may you reveal your intentions and plans to Silver1103 so that he may know and understand why things are happening the way they are unfolding at this moment, your word in Jeremiah 29 v 11 For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future, with this we have the confidence that in everything that happens God you are always on our side and you always preparing us for success, therefore will not failure in Silver1103 situation, I cancel every plan of the enemy against your life, I declare that you will not be fired in Jesus name, our God is fair and just therefore may he take control of your workplace situation, may he arise and fight your battles in Jesus Name we pray, Amen.

God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
